Month of Coordination– this package is for the couple that has almost everything planned, but needs help the last month to pull everything together and tie up any loose ends. On the big day, we will take care of everything to make sure it is perfect while the couple relaxes and enjoys their day.

Included:
– Initial meeting, month of meeting, and week of meeting
– Unlimited calls/emails during office hours
– Venue site visit and walkthrough
– Vendor referral if needed
– Attend up to 2 vendor meetings if needed
– Oversee all vendors day of
– Confirmation and coordination of vendors
– Management of final vendor payments
– Budget advice if needed
– Point of contact for the bride
– Wedding day time management
– Manage and coordinate wedding day and rehearsal
– Setup and tear down of ceremony and reception
– One assistant coordinator
– Up to $150 in rental items from Little Weddings and Events inventory
– Up to 12 hours day-of service

Full Service Coordination– this package is for the couple that is just getting and needs someone to help guide them, keep them organized and on budget, and to help navigate through the overwhelming wedding planning process.

Included:
– Initial meeting, monthly meetings, and week of meeting
– Unlimited calls/emails during office hours
– Complete design and styling of ceremony and reception
– Venue site visit and walkthrough
– Assistance in choosing vendors
– Vendor contract management
– Attend all vendor meetings
– Oversee all vendors day of
– Handle final vendor payments
– Budget management and advice
– Point of contact for the bride
– Wedding day time management
– Manage and coordinate wedding day and rehearsal
– Setup and tear down of ceremony and reception
– One assistant coordinator
– Up to $300 in rental items from Little Weddings and Events inventory
– Up to 12 hours day-of service

Add-On Services
– Design Proposal: If the client would like help coming up with the design and décor for their wedding, we will put together a design proposal. This is a full wedding design layout. We will have pictures, samples, and even a mockup of a reception table design or alter décor. – $50

– Additional Hours of Service: If you need additional hours of day-of service or additional meetings. – $50 for first hour, $20 per hour after, min. 1 hr

– Additional Coordinators: If you would like to have more than the amount of coordinators included in your package, or if Little Weddings and Events determines that additional coordinators are required for the size and/or complexity of your wedding.- $50 for first hour, $20 per hour after, min. 1 hr

– Custom Handmade Items: If you would like handmade items that coordinate with your wedding colors/theme, the fee will be determined on a case by case basis.
